1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 700 bdt ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 700-bdt.net ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 700 bdt Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

700 bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of this Agreement is always published on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the 700 bdt Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of the Platform after reading this Agreement will be treated as unambiguous acceptance.

1.1 Scope of Services

700 bdt provides an online gaming platform offering sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports popular in Bangladesh), live casino games (hosted by providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), slot games (from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others), video poker variants including Deuces Wild, and crash games including titles from Spribe. The availability of specific games and betting markets may vary and is subject to change without notice.

1.2 Acceptance of Risk

All forms of gambling involve financial risk. 700 bdt offers its Platform for entertainment purposes only. The Company does not guarantee any winnings and accepts no liability for financial losses incurred by players in the normal course of gaming activity. Players acknowledge that the outcome of all games of chance is determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and that past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

1.3 Platform Availability

700 bdt makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses resulting from Platform downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions across Bangladesh's telecommunications networks.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of services offered by 700 bdt — including placing bets, participating in promotions, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register a 700 bdt account only if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 700 bdt is strictly an 18+ platform.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 700 bdt or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously had a 700 bdt account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.2 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 700 bdt Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 700 bdt reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and retain any balances as a penalty for breach of this policy.

2.4 Age Verification

700 bdt may request documentary evidence of age at any stage of the registration process or at any subsequent point during the player's use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, 700 bdt may withhold withdrawal processing and restrict access to certain Platform features.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 700 bdt login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 700 bdt support at [email protected] immediately. The Company will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

700 bdt operates a dedicated cashier system that supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the payment methods described below. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in BDT. The Company does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

700 bdt reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any significant changes to available payment options via the Platform.

3.2 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically clear to the player's 700 bdt account balance within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take between 1 and 15 minutes to reflect depending on banking processing times. The minimum deposit amount at 700 bdt starts from ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction ceilings.

700 bdt does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 700 bdt's control. It is your responsibility to check with your payment provider regarding any applicable fees before initiating a deposit.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed by 700 bdt's cashier team during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Standard withdrawal processing time is between one and three hours from the time the request is submitted, provided all account verification and responsible gaming checks have been completed. In some cases, processing may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering control. The Company reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.

3.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds credited to your 700 bdt account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual bonus terms applicable to each promotion. 4. Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonuses are subject to this general Bonus & Promotions Policy as well as any additional terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

4.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• 700 bdt reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by the player.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned to the Company. The Company reserves the right to deduct erroneously credited bonuses from a player's balance at any time.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager using the bonus funds (and in some cases the deposit amount) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as real money. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Typically, slot games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live casino table games such as blackjack and baccarat may contribute a reduced percentage. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

4.4 Seasonal Promotions

700 bdt runs themed promotional campaigns around events significant to Bangladesh's cultural and sporting calendar, including BPL cricket season, Pohela Boishakh, Eid celebrations, and Independence Day (March 26). These seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are only available during the stated promotional window.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 700 bdt Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You agree not to engage in any conduct that could harm the Platform, other players, or the Company's reputation or operations.

5.1 Player Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration and any subsequent identity verification process.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with any other person.
• Inform 700 bdt support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use only payment methods that are registered in your own name for deposits and withdrawals.
• Play within your personal financial means and make use of responsible gaming tools if gambling is affecting your wellbeing.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 700 bdt Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to access or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the 700 bdt Platform — including but not limited to the 700 bdt brand name, logo, domain name, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, software, and game content sourced from third-party providers — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to the player under this Agreement are reserved by 700 bdt or the respective third-party rights holders.

6.1 Limited Licence

700 bdt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 700 bdt.

6.2 Third-Party Game Content

Games available on the 700 bdt Platform are supplied under licence from independent game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These game titles, their graphics, mechanics, and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of their respective providers. 700 bdt does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

6.3 Feedback and Suggestions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas to 700 bdt (including via [email protected]), you grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, incorporate, and develop such feedback without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 700 bdt, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

7.1 No Warranty

The 700 bdt Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. 700 bdt makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Company does not warrant that the results of using the Platform will meet your expectations.

7.2 Gambling Losses

700 bdt accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by players in the normal course of gaming activity on the Platform. All bets are placed voluntarily by the player. The Company is not responsible for decisions made by players regarding staking amounts, game selection, or betting strategy.

7.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, software error, or network disruption that affects the outcome of a game or the processing of a bet, 700 bdt's liability is limited to refunding the stake amount of the affected bet. The Company does not accept liability for any putative winnings that a player believes they would have received but for the technical failure.

7.4 Force Majeure

700 bdt shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, power failures, internet infrastructure failures across Bangladesh, or civil unrest.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may terminate the player's 700 bdt account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 700 bdt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, the Company will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any available real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks. Pending bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 700 bdt

700 bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Suspected or confirmed underage gambling.
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity or age verification documents within a reasonable period.
• Detection of duplicate accounts.
• Use of the Platform in connection with any criminal or money-laundering activity.
• Court order or directive from a competent legal authority.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who request account closure or self-exclusion on responsible gaming grounds will have their request processed with priority. A self-excluded player must not attempt to re-register on the Platform during the self-exclusion period. 700 bdt will take reasonable technical steps to prevent re-registration by self-excluded players. 8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by 700 bdt — your licence to access the Platform is immediately revoked. All pending bets placed before the closure will be settled according to their natural outcome unless the closure is due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, in which case 700 bdt may void all open bets at its discretion.

8.5 Amendments to These Terms

700 bdt may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active players via the email address registered on their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

8.6 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual promotion terms published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 700 bdt with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
